Role: Genesys Implementation Consultant Location: Remote, U.S.A Experience: 9 – 13 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Genesys implementations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Genesys solutions. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Genesys systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys platforms and applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Genesys solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys platforms. Monitor and report on the performance of Genesys systems and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Genesys implementations. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. Demonstrated expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. Demonstrated experience in Java. Have a proven track record of successfully implementing Genesys solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Show strong communication and collaboration abilities. Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
