Supporting the Needs of Our Residents
At Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living, we are seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team.
As a CMT, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our residents are met.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Implement resident personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines
Administer medication to residents, as directed by the clinical team
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner
Requirements:
Current GNA certification for the state in which you are working
Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
1-2 years of GNA experience preferred
1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred

Compensation:
Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure.
Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts.
