Responsibilities
• Collaboratively work with a team to provide neuropsychiatric assessment of new patients• Provide psychiatric consultation on established patients with combined neurocognitive and behavioral symptoms• Follow up with complex patients requiring ongoing care and pharmacotherapy titration• Precepting of psychiatric residents and participation in research and writing projects• Provide clinical services and teaching in geriatric psychiatry in the outpatient practice• Supervise the clinical performance of psychiatry residents and participate in residency activities
Requirements
• Must be a Geriatric Psychiatrist• Experience in providing neuropsychiatric assessment and psychiatric consultation• Ability to supervise and teach psychiatric residents• Good communication and organizational skills• Research experience is preferred
