General Summary:

Our Gift Processing Team is responsible for handling the Gift/Home Decor area of the store.
Responsibilities involve maximizing departmental sales and profitability, minimizing expenses, and ensuring that their department is optimally stocked and merchandised.
This involves processing the items from start to finish and light merchandising.
Gift Processors will also ensure that their department is full, product is pulled from backstock, department floors, shelves, and fixtures are clean, and all products are labeled appropriately.
Additionally, this role will ensure that this area provides the highest level of customer service and attention to the customer.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and completeness in their work, and will share our goal to "Amaze Every Customer Every Time."


Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Processing new gift and home dcor product after it arrives
•Inspect and price every item
•Submit damage claims to vendors
•Maintain back stock on merchandise
•Merchandising and display of product

Position Requirements:
•Strong computer skills
•Willingness to learn a vast knowledge of consumable products
•Experience in a retail environment preferred
•Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
•Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
•Ability to stand for an extended period of time
•Able to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties
•Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
•Visual merchandising experience is a plus
