About Us: Silverstein Eye Centers is home to cutting-edge technology, including an ultra-modern ASC equipped with excimer laser, femtosecond laser, ECP, canaloplasty, a gym, and a digital recording station. We also have a dedicated clinical research department involved in over 130 clinical trials (Phases 1–4) for pharma, diagnostics, and surgical devices, the FDA and NIH, supported by a full-time staff.
The Opportunity: Glaucoma Department Growth: With no full-time glaucoma specialist in our demographic and a substantial glaucoma patient population, you will have the opportunity to shape and expand this department.Comprehensive Network: We have a strong referral network from optometrists and a robust marketing and philanthropic presence in the community, giving you the tools to grow a significant subspecialty practice.Partnership Potential: Choose from an employee track or full and equal partnership/buy-in within two years, with a competitive salary, benefits, and generous bonus package.
