About the role:Step into a pivotal leadership role at OLIVER Agency where you'll shape the excellence of our global in-house studio operations for a leading technology client. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll guide a diverse and talented group to deliver outstanding outputs, driven by clear goals and KPIs. You'll champion a follow-the-sun model, ensuring continuous support across worldwide markets and hubs. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI solutions, you'll streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your leadership will foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of our work. As a Business Director, you will lead the strategic and operational efforts for our client. Your role is pivotal in managing relationships, delivering high-quality services, and driving business growth.
What you will be doing:Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for marketing, brand and agency leadership stakeholders, ensuring strong, effective partnerships.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and identify growth opportunities.Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial performance, aiming for efficiency and profitability.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards and continuously seek process improvements.What you need to be great in this role:Relevant experience leading global teams and managing complex client networks.Hands-on approach with strategic and creative brand thinking.Strong collaboration and influencing skills.Team player focused on client-centric solutions.Relevant agency experience, ideally leading teams of 20+ people.A desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn.Ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes.Expertise in account management and financial acumen.Ability to build trust and drive business growth.Although remote, this role might require some travel to client sites.
