As a Global Compensation and Performance Manager, you'll work with colleagues worldwide (North America, Latam, Europe) as a strategic resource who aims to provide consultative support to People Ops and business leaders to ensure that our pay programs attract and retain top talent, reinforce our values and drive a high-performance culture.
Essential Responsibilities Offer expert consultancy to People Ops (Human Resources) partners on compensation matters within Platform Science divisions, aiding in the compensation integration of newly acquired companies. Partner with internal teams to provide appropriate guidance and interpretation of policies and guidelines. Conduct thorough analyses of government regulations and company policies to guarantee compliance with laws and standards such as minimum wage, FLSA, and pay equity. Participate in global salary surveys, providing accurate data to support market analysis. Analyze salary survey outcomes and recommend adjustments to salary structures to maintain market competitiveness. Monitor and report on compensation market trends. Update and establish salary ranges globally, reflecting market competitiveness. Conduct annual merit and bonus cycle processes, providing analysis and recommendations to business leaders. Assist in updating job descriptions and compensation guidelines. Ensure internal and external equity in compensation across all organizational levels. Craft and distribute communications related to a variety of compensation issues, projects, or policies. Participate in cross-functional projects to represent the comp team's point of view. Education and Experience 7+ years experience in compensation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Strong proficiency in HRIS and compensation-related systems (e.g., Workday, Mercer, ADP, Radford, or other related platforms). In-depth knowledge of compensation analysis methodologies and benchmarking tools. Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills. Project and/or program management experience. Curiosity, agility, and ability to work quickly in ambiguous situations. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. Experience with FLSA and Pay Equity/Transparency legislation. This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $123,326 and $165,300. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
