Global Head of Partner Solutions The Global Head of Partner Solutions will lead and scale Adyen's Partner Solutions function, managing technical integrations and relationships with our technology and alliance partners globally. This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technical solutions seamlessly integrate with partner ecosystems to address the complex needs of our merchants around the world.
As a manager of managers, the ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing a distributed team of highly skilled partner engineering professionals. This individual must excel in navigating technical challenges, driving strategic collaborations, and fostering innovation to ensure Adyen maintains its position as a trusted partner to merchants and partners alike.
What you'll do: Develop and execute the global strategy for Partner Solutions, aligning with Adyen's broader business objectives.Build, manage, and scale a high-performing, distributed team of partner engineering managers and individual contributors.Own the technical relationships with Adyen's technology and alliance partners, including ERPs, eCommerce platforms, Point of Sale providers, and others.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust technical integrations with third-party partners.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Merchant Support, to align partner initiatives with merchant needs.Represent Adyen as a technical leader at industry events, partner summits, and internal forums.Who you are: At least 15 years of relevant experience in a tech or payments company, with a focus on managing third-party partner integrations or similar activities in solutions engineering, technical account management, engineering, or product.Deep understanding of API integrations, payment systems, and enterprise-grade technology solutions.Proven ability to manage distributed teams and operate in a global, multicultural environment.Demonstrated success as a manager of managers, with strong mentorship and talent development skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing C-level executives, partners, and internal stakeholders.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of solving complex technical challenges collaboratively.This role is based in either our San Francisco or Chicago offices.Some domestic and international travel may be required.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
