Job Description **We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner for a full-time 5 to 6-month interim HR role with potential for follow-on work. Candidate must be local to the DMV in order to be on-site at the client's DC office 3 days per week/2 days remote.**Demonstrated global HR experience within a high-growth, professional services organization in the Government Contracting industry is a requirement. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a proven track record of successes working with employees and senior leadership to professionally represent the HR function through results-driven performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives on keeping up with the "moving parts" and is adept at managing priorities and personalities.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree required Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years at a Senior level within an organization Experience managing global HR contracts required Must have recent experience in the government contracting industry Must have expertise in managing complex employee relations / performance issues Advanced knowledge of Excel Strong HR Generalist capabilities Experience with compensation management and performance management programs Technically proficient with extensive experience implementing and managing HR-related technologies (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.); experience with HRC preferred Articulate, energetic, and confident; able to professionally represent the HR function when dealing with strong personalities and opinions Entrepreneurial drive and tenacity; self-motivation and "get it done" attitude is a must Strategic thinker who has a strong tactical background but is able to delegate and manage tactical work without getting stuck in the weeds Collaborative team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Senior HR Certification highly desired Additional Information U.S. Citizenship Required All potential candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this position will be required to complete a pre-screening questionnaire prior to being considered for this opportunity.
