The Global Lending Operations - Quality Assurance AVP is a seasoned professional role.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.
Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.
Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc.
by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
Responsibilities: Work with lending Operations managers to identify root causes potential impact of QA findings and observations and provide suggestions for remedial actions to mitigate identified risks.
Deliver periodic management reporting and metrics (KRIs / KPIs) to Lending Operations management.
Present QA testing results in the global monthly QA Forum. Conduct root cause analysis on past data and isolate any recurring trends.
Ensure reporting of deficiency on a timely basis to Lending Operations managers and timely feedback loop.Respond to queries received from Independent Risk and Control (IRC), Internal Audit, BFQC, ORM etc Act as primary point of contact for assigned clusters (NAM).
Qualifications: 5-8 years relevant experienceReasonable knowledge of business processes & procedures, products & services in loan operations; or operations management experience required QA or Risk and Control preferred Expert in identifying, mitigating, managing, resolving, and escalating risks and issues In-depth awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policies Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Job Family Group:
