As an Eightfold Manager, People Operations you will ensure an employee experience that is positive and seamless for our Eightfold AI team. You will manage end to end projects, work cross functionally with other teams and handle highly confidential information. We seek someone who is passionate about continually improving processes, systems and tools that allow Eightfold to scale rapidly and better serve the Eightfold AI team globally.
In this role, we need someone who:
Can act as a player and a coach (own work as well as direct a small global team);
Is detail oriented and can balance workload amongst the team;
Can make decisions, where appropriate, and consult/seek approval with appropriate senior leaders when necessary;
Drive continuous automation, efficiency and effectiveness of people ops policies & process; and
Has experience managing a high performance team
This role will own new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, compliance, HR vendor management, leave of absence programs, maintenance of HR policy and process, set up for global expansion, management of HRIS system and integration, benefits renewals, immigration, global mobility, people analytics, and the JIRA people ops ticketing system.
Capabilities needed for the role:
Compliance
Capable of creating and upholding Eightfold's People processes, policies and data to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across HR (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity, etc)
Capable of updating and maintaining HR documentation, records and policies
Strong knowledge of human resources compliance with regard to EEOC, ACA, E-Verify, etc.
People Systems/Eightfold Platform maximization/Process Improvement
Maintain human resources information, auditing data, preparing reports, proposing business process improvements, and automation
Communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings
Capable of driving process improvement across the People organization to increase efficiency, accuracy and timeliness to support the evolving needs of a rapidly growing business
Understand the overall organization and guides employees to the appropriate resources
Serve as the point person for HR systems - integrations, implementations and questions
Data & Metrics
Capable of creating HR dashboards for thought leadership and insights
Capable of maintaining human resources information, auditing data and preparing reports
Capable of playing a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.

Vendor Management
Capable of managing vendor relationships
Capable of driving vendor contract renewals process
Manage outsourcing relationships for Leave of Absence Programs
Manage budget & approve invoices
Benefits Management
Serve as lead for benefits information sessions with employees
Capable of administering benefits benchmarking surveys, analyzing data and crafting recommendations
Ability to managing wellness programs
Onboarding/Offboarding Activities
Manage Employee and Contractor Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage employee life cycle for full-time & contingent workers, including benefit enrollment, new hire onboarding programs, and answering employee questions.
Capable of managing offboarding activities including exit packages, tracking, and administering exit interviews/questionnaires
Requirements:
Experience with implementing a HRIS
Excellent problem solving capabilities.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Strong program management skills
Excellent communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Experience using Google Suite and MS Office Suite a must (Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
