Responsibilities
• Develop energy efficiency roadmap for oil and gas refineries• Create energy baseline and define Energy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Ensure energy compliance and efficiency• Develop and maintain Energy Policy, documents, and procedures• Collaborate with refinery energy team to identify energy-saving opportunities• Analyze and monitor daily refinery energy usage• Monitor and control refinery energy intensity indicators• Conduct data collection for energy conservation analyses• Conduct internal energy benchmarking studies• Organize technical exchange workshops among refineries• Develop and deliver training materials for energy awareness
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent field• Minimum of 12 years of experience in refining, oil and gas plants, or petrochemical industries• Proficient in codes and standards relevant to the oil and gas industry• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in energy engineering• Preferred familiarity with ISO-50001 Energy Management Standard• Working knowledge of oil/gas-related plant processes• Background in data collection and analysis for energy-saving opportunities• Strong management and coordination skills
