Program Overview: 2 rotations of 12 months each Potential Rotations include Alternative Investments and Fund Administration. Comprehensive training program focusing on Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement. Professional development events that focus on building soft skills, networking, and mentorship. A community of new graduates working in GWAM operations from across locations. How you'll make an impact: Utilize analytical skills and critical thinking to understand business drivers and needs. Build and foster positive relationships to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders. Apply training and knowledge in data mining, analysis, and visualization. Deliver documented solution requirements and propose solutions clearly. Lead meetings and present information using strong communication skills. Articulate and prepare business partners for changes introduced. Propose business decisions that drive results and solve customer problems. Day-to-day activities may include valuation oversight, trade processing, risk oversight, and data management. What you'll bring to the team: Graduating in Spring 2025 from an accredited university with a degree in Business Administration or related Discipline. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric focus. Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn. Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude. Strong time management, planning, and communication skills. Salary range is expected to be between: $50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USD
