Job Details The GME Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Program Director, Associate Program Directors, Residents, central GME office, applicants, medical students, and other parties as necessary Responsibilities: Coordinate efforts for seamless onboarding of new trainees Monitor and facilitate activities to ensure that program is in compliance with all GME policies and requirements.
Collect data and track appropriately to ensure compliance with requirements from the hospital, the broader CHSLI system, ACGME, AOA, and other administrative and/or accrediting bodies Consistently monitor changes and updates related to accreditation standards and ensure program remains in compliance with all requirements Attend, record, and provide administrative support for Clinical Competency Committees and Program Evaluation Committees, as well as other program-related meetings and/or events Other administrative tasks as necessary Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum of one year of Graduate Medical Education experience Strong critical thinking skills, and ability to research answers and develop solutions independently Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines Salary Range USD $29.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
