Golf Shop Manager

The Assistant Golf Shop Manager at Essex County Club will be involved in many aspects of the golf operation at Essex County Club. This position reports to the Director of Golf and will work closely with the other members of the professional staff. Under the guidance of the Director of Golf and the golf department managers (two Senior Assistant Professionals), this individual will have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and make an impact on our operation.

Our team works together to ensure we provide an exceptional member and guest experience through a robust tournament calendar, a variety of instructional programs, and an award-winning golf shop. In addition to assisting with daily duties, this position will have specific responsibilities managing all aspects of the golf shop operation. These specific responsibilities will be discussed throughout the interview process and are determined by a candidate's previous experiences and skills. A PGA Member may have additional responsibilities offered.
