POSITION: GOOD MOLECULES DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Job Responsibilities: Strategize and execute all digital marketing initiatives for our brands to accelerate brand growth, acquire new customers, drive sales, and increase engagement with existing customers.Conceptualize and oversee social media content strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with current industry trends and company brand guidelines.Design and conduct marketing surveys to analyze and support brand growth, providing data reporting to business partners.Maintain a digital marketing metric database to track growth across web, email, SMS, and social media metrics, providing weekly reporting and analysis.Own, update, and maintain digital marketing calendar across all channels and manage an $8m annual digital marketing budget.Manage paid advertisements on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, establishing target audiences and supervising creative content production.Optimize website content to align with marketing strategy, create quarterly SEO goals, and monitor page indexing and traffic growth using Google Analytics.Plan annual sale events including marketing tactics, calendar, and revenue goals, leading post-event reporting and analysis.Source and establish social media partnerships, negotiating contracts and rates with influencers and creators.Manage social media partnerships and campaign execution, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.Manage Marketing Coordinator and freelance creative team, establishing goals and providing feedback.Interview, negotiate, and manage third-party platforms, overseeing vendor performance and reporting to the CEO and Marketing Analyst.REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
