A very successful Ag operation is looking to bring on a Grain Location Manager to oversee a facility in the area. This position is with a fantastic company that offers an excellent compensation and full benefit package.
Grain Location Manager Responsibilities: Manage the planning and direction of facility operationsEnsure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedulesOversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performancePerform general maintenance and repairs of the facility Grain Location Manager Requirements: 2 years' grain location management experience highly preferredprevious experience with merchandising and originating highly preferred Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressureStrong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilitiesMaintenance experience a plus Comp: $75K-$90K bonus potential
