SUMMARY: Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director and administrative team, the Grant Development Director will lead efforts to secure and sustain sufficient revenues to maintain services, fuel innovation, and ensure long term financial support for Life House. Manages all components of the grant lifecycle, including, but not limited to, researching new funding opportunities, grant writing, project planning in coordination with Program Directors, ensuring compliance to grant requirements, and overseeing closeout procedures. Oversees grant related data systems management and leads grant reporting efforts when appropriate.

Sol House Youth AdvocateJob Title: Sol House Youth Advocate

Schedule: Thursdays-Sundays 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. & Wednesday 1 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

SUMMARY: Builds therapeutic relationships and provides intensive supervision of youth residing in Life House's Safe Harbor programs, with a primary focus on youth residing in the Sol House housing program, in order to assist them in achieving housing stability and recovery from the harms of commercial sexual exploitation.

Provides case management services to address multiple complex needs and reduce barriers, including referrals to other Life House programs and/or community resources.
