Responsibilities: Grant Research:
Assist in identifying potential grant opportunities from various sources.
Maintain an organized database of funding prospects and track application deadlines.
Proposal Support:
Gather necessary data and documents for grant applications in collaboration with program staff.
Draft, edit, and format sections of grant proposals and reports as needed.
Assist with the submission of grant proposals through online portals.
Grant Administration:
Support the Senior Grants Manager in tracking and managing grant budgets, monitoring expenditures and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports on overall revenue and expenditures, collaborating with Finance and Program teams.
Monitor grant-related activities, ensuring outcomes and goals are met; notify supervisor of any concerns.
Documentation and Reporting
Compile and organize reports for submission to funders, ensuring all requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records of grant applications, awards, and correspondence with funders.
Communication and Coordination
Collaborate with the grants team and other departments to ensure effective communication on grant-related activities.
Assist with coordinating meetings and events related to grant applications and reporting.
Training and Support:
Prepare training materials and resources for staff on grant-related processes.
Provide administrative support for grant implementation meetings and informational sessions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
