About this role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Grants Coordinator to support our Grants Administrator in managing the U.S. National Development Program's athlete funding programs. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, effective stakeholder communication, and accurate reporting for our grant initiatives.
What you'll do: Grant Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for grant applicants, recipients, and their families Respond promptly to inquiries about the grant application process, status updates, and general information Coordinate with the Grants Administrator to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to all stakeholders Maintain a database of all stakeholder communications and interactions Grant Distribution Process grants applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate Assist in the evaluation of grant applications according to established criteria Coordinate the logistics of fund disbursement, including processing paperwork and liaising with the finance department Reporting Collect and organize data related to grant applications, disbursements, and outcomes Assist in preparing regular reports on grant activities, including application statistics, fund distribution, and program impact Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the grant program Support the Grants Administrator in compiling comprehensive reports for USGA leadership and external stakeholders Data Management Manage and maintain the grant program's database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Implement and optimize data collection processes to support program evaluation and reporting needs Collaborate with Grant Administrator and the Director of Data Strategy to troubleshoot database issues and implement improvements Other Duties Provide administrative support to the Grants Administrator as needed Assist in organizing and maintaining grant-related files and documents Support the planning and execution of grant-related events or workshops Contribute to the continuous improvement of grant processes and procedures Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Grants Administrator or department leadership Where you'll be: This role will be based at our Pinehurst, NC. Campus (space provided) or Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday.
