Strategic Leadership: Taking charge of a small team of designers and print production staff, guiding them to success through your unique blend of urgency and a results-driven mindset.Client Collaboration: Engaging with clients to understand their company's mission, discover their passion, and providing effective advertising solutions across various platforms, including vehicle graphics, commercial graphics, signage, printed films, and web advertisements.Creative Direction: Offering creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Project Management: Monitoring, assigning, and managing team projects to ensure they meet or exceed deadlines, utilizing project management software to document progress and track hours worked.Collaboration and Goal Setting: Collaborating with the Design & Production team to establish daily goals, find solutions to sudden changes in workflow, and evolve the design process within the department.
