Pay: $100,000/year
Experience: 2 years in software development and technology systems supportExperience in Agile/Scrum environments and business systems analysisEducation: Bachelors degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Description: Configure and code technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with other solutions and thorough testing before deploymentMaintain and upgrade existing systems, working with external vendors and internal teams to resolve system issuesCollaborate with the Product Owner, Product Manager and subject matter experts to develop business training materialsSupport operational processes through troubleshooting and problem resolution Position Requirements: Must have hands-on experience with ERP or CRM software, such as SAP or SalesforceStrong multitasking skillsAble to deliver visualization of dashboards to solve problemsMust be intuitive and communicate well with peopleFamiliarity with SQL databases, business process mapping and integration interfacesExcellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
