Welcome guests into the resturant and assist with requests. This is a part time position.
Responds to all guest and client requests promptly and efficiently. Set up needed linen, serviceware, and glassware. Attend pre-shift meetings to discuss particulars, including guest and hotel expectations. Greet guests and respond to requests quickly and courteously. Serve food and/or beverages according to Outlet manager or supervisor's directions. Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking shelves with supplies. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies. Other competencies not listed may be required for specific positions. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Food Service Sanitation certification, if required. Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Ability to multi-task. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and serviceware. Possess strong communication skills.
