Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification• Follow standard grill line recipes• Operate grill and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake per cook instructions• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace• Properly store and handle food• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen• Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements
• Must be 16 years old to apply• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations• Grill cook experience a plus• Comply with company cleaning standards• Strong attention to detail• Team-oriented attitude• Reliable work history• Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints
