Groundskeeper

Location: Bexley SoCo
Pay: Starting at $18/hour plus quarterly bonuses!
Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Birthday is a paid day off! 
Job duties include:
grounds pick up
cleaning common areas
cleaning amenities
some landscaping
power washing
exterior painting
some minor maintenance repairs
any additional tasks needed to assist the maintenance team

Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
