We are currently seeking a qualified Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician for our Apple Valley and Peachtree Mobile Home Parks located in Sugar Hill, GA.
Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician Job Duties: Attend daily morning staff meetings to communicate goals and objectivesOversee the curb appeal and maintenance of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities' standardsPicking up trash around the communityRegular groundskeeping such as lawn mowing, planting, weeding/weed eating, edging, etcCapability to complete day to day duties with minimal supervisionAdhere to all safety laws and regulationsConduct regular inventory checks on equipment and suppliesWork with your manager to help coordinate food banks and resident events to help support our mission Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician Requirements: 1 year of experience in general labor and/or landscaping Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 poundsNeed to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditionsBasic computer skills, i.e.
email and internet.Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver's license
*Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
