Groundskeeper

We have a Groundskeeper position at the following community:
Location: Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments - West Cary
Pay: Starting at $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses!
Schedule: This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Birthday is a paid day off!
We are looking for someone who would like to grow with us and work towards becoming a Maintenance Technician.
Job duties include:
grounds/property pick up
cleaning common areas
cleaning amenities
pool cleaning
some landscaping
power washing
exterior painting
some minor maintenance repairs
any additional tasks as needed to assist the maintenance team

Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
