Group Product Manager, Qb Live - Expert Experiences

We're seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the QuickBooks Live team responsible for Expert experiences, client to Expert communications, and expert efficiencies.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of human-assisted software and how it augments AI, driving innovation and growth for our customers.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, engineers, service experts, and business leaders—to design, deliver, and optimize market-leading customer experiences.
You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for how clients communicate with Experts within QuickBooks, and the Expert Experience in IEP across the full QB Live portfolio of offerings, ultimately driving customer success and operational efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision and Strategy: Define, articulate, and communicate a bold and compelling product vision for QuickBooks Live's Expert experience and communicationsCustomer Focus: Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer, Expert, and Accountant research Transform insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomesCross-functional Leadership: Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with broader business objectives Work closely with other QuickBooks product teams who are focused on shared experiences and VEP partners building the Expert platformExecution Excellence: Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams Implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releasesInnovation and Experimentation: Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentationLeverage data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on product offeringsTeam Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvementPerformance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of product initiatives Report on business performance and make data-driven adjustments as necessaryStakeholder Management: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including service delivery partners and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive broad adoption of new product featuresExperience: 8+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products, ideally in technology-driven, AI-powered service environmentsLeadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformational change Experience in managing high-performing, engaged product teamsPlatform Mindset: Operates with a platform mindset, ensures solutions are designed and implemented in a way that can scale across the full portfolioCustomer Centricity: Passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies Track record of delivering customer-backed solutionsOperational Excellence: Strong operational acumen with the ability to implement processes that drive efficiency and scale Experience in navigating high levels of ambiguity and visibilityCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levelsTechnical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform requirements, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutionsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred
