Role Overview Reporting to Chief Growth Officer (CFO) you will play a critical role in helping Outbound Funnel grow as our firm projects to expand our business three fold by end of 2025

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an energetic marketing lead who will bring a mix of proven best practices, innovative ideas from SaaS or Agency experience, experimental brand strategies, and diligent approach from planning to following through on executing campaigns to help retain, expand, and capture more Client revenue, attributed to Marketing efforts.
5+ years in growth marketing roles with proven success in demand generation, brand management, and direct + co-marketing strategyExpertise in digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads experimentation)You are active on LinkedIn and will be open to help in sharing our vision and knowledge through short form videos and build-in-public postsExperience in product launches, digital events, partner marketing, and community engagementProficient in MarTech/Social/Creative tools and HubSpot for CRM/MAPExcellent project management skills with experience working with urgency across hard set timelinesStartup mentality: adaptable, proactive, budget conscious, and experiment-drivenStrong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamworkWhat You Will Do Develop and execute growth strategies for audience engagement through product launches and digital and field eventsLead multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, video, ads) for brand and services awareness with 80% focus on LinkedIn (video+post) and 20% on all other channels (Blog/YT/Insta etc)Develop and Coordinate Direct and Co-Marketing campaigns with knowledge how to keep all internal and external stakeholders accountable to support your execution and deliver maximum impact on ROIHelp generate on-brand marketing materials that may include case studies, partner marketing, sales material, and website updatesTrack and report key metrics, using insights to refine marketing effortsPreview on immediate FY25 Priorities you will work in collaboration with CGO and co-founders OBF Re Brand InitiativeMarketing Calendar, Process and MarTech Re VampOBF digital and social content re vampLaunch Programmatic OBF Webinar SeriesDesign multi-city Happy "hOps" Hour and RevOps Dinner series in collaboration with our partnersIdeate, Plan, Sponsor, and Organize HubSpot Inbound and Salesforce Dreamforce conferencesSalary Range: Salary Range - $80,000 - $100,000OTE with bonus - $125,000
