About the Job We are in search of an innovative Growth Manager to lead the charge in promoting the adoption and widespread use of these stablecoins. Situated at the heart of our mission, this role is essential for advancing the integration and acceptance of USD3 and EUR3 within key markets, especially the US. Success will be measured by the engagement of developers with our stablecoins, the adoption by companies, and the overall awareness within the crypto community.
\n What You'll DoMarket Penetration Strategy: Craft and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at maximizing the adoption of USD3 and EUR3 among developers and businesses, highlighting their utility within the financial ecosystemBrand and Product Awareness: Direct targeted marketing initiatives to bolster the visibility and understanding of USD3 and EUR3 within the crypto market, underscoring their stability and trustworthinessPartnership Development: Forge strategic alliances within the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors to encourage broad acceptance and utilization of USD3 and EUR3Community Engagement and Education: Actively engage with cryptocurrency communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and TwitterCreate and manage dedicated channels and groups to foster discussions, share updates, and gather feedback, ensuring a vibrant and informed community around USD3 and EUR3. Organize AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, community contests, and informative webinars to educate and engage community membersPerformance Metrics Analysis: Continuously track and assess key performance indicators, adapting strategies to enhance developer engagement and corporate adoption of USD3 and EUR3Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the product, development, and sales departments to ensure a unified approach to expanding the market and refining product offerings. Experience RequirementsAt least 5 years in growth marketing, specifically in cryptocurrency or stablecoins, with a strong emphasis on digital community buildingDemonstrated success in launching or marketing cryptocurrencies or stablecoins, marked by significant adoption rates and heightened market awarenessProven expertise in developing and executing market penetration strategies in the cryptocurrency domain, especially in the US market Required Qualifications or SkillsBachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferable but not essential In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, with a particular focus on stablecoinsAdvanced skills in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and community engagement, specifically tailored for the crypto audienceExceptional ability to communicate complex cryptocurrency concepts to diverse audiencesStrong leadership and project management capabilities, with agility in navigating the fast-paced and evolving crypto market Platform/Software Experience NecessarySkilled in the use of digital marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, relevant to the crypto marketProficient in CRM and sales management software, such as Salesforce, for effective lead tracking and nurturing within the crypto sectorExperienced in managing and growing digital communities on platforms critical to the crypto community, such as Telegram for real-time chat groups, Discord for community building and engagement, and Twitter for widespread communication and updatesKnowledgeable about influencer marketing platforms and tools for identifying and collaborating with influential figures in the cryptocurrency landscape What We offerAttractive monthly salary paid in line with experienceVacation, sick, and paid holidaysFull-time: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday days off)A modern office-based workplace with all necessary equipment located in San FranciscoA team of top international professionals to learn fromMulticultural working environment
