About the Role Lovepop is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to lead creative and advertising initiatives across our acquisition marketing channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through a comprehensive, cross-functional approach. You will collaborate closely with teams in creative, product, analytics, and technology to optimize the entire customer journey—from initial ad exposure to conversion and beyond. The ideal candidate blends analytical competency with creative flair, demonstrating expertise in data-driven growth strategies such as audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and rigorous testing across key platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You should bring a proven track record of effectively managing substantial marketing budgets to achieve performance metrics such as ROAS and LTV. Additionally, a critical aspect of this role is leadership in creative testing, experimentation, and iteration. You have consistently delivered breakthrough results through innovative and effective creative strategies. \n AccountabilitiesChannel Management & Ownership: Develop and execute on customer growth and retention strategy across paid search & paid social channels including, but not limited to: Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like creative, product, analytics, tech, and more to identify new testing opportunities that will drive measurable results (landing pages, product launches, promos, etc.).Budget Planning: Own channel-level performance forecasting and budget planning.Creative Experimentation: Own channel-level creative experimentation in close partnership with the creative team to develop impactful concepts for testing and growth.User-first Mentality: Understand user motivations, insights, and bring that into channel and messaging strategy and tactics.Partnerships: Manage partnerships with ad platform representatives and vendors to empower our marketing efforts.Reporting: Proactively monitor and analyze marketing performance, competitive landscape, and marketplace trends and report performance regularly to stakeholders.Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights on creative performance and product performance to stakeholders. Qualifications3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically across acquisition channels (and ideally other digital and offline channels).Expert in Google/Meta bidding, targeting and optimization, with hands-on experience running campaigns and running large-scale acquisition programs (experience with other channels like Pinterest, TikTok, etc. strongly preferred).Proven track record in scaling growth through creative first approach.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Excel in strategic prioritization and decision making; effectively balance long term business goals with short term needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent project management skills and cross functional collaboration.
