\n What You'll DoEvent Management: Plan, promote, execute, and analyze a range of marketing and sales events, including conferences, monthly virtual webinars, smaller roundtables, and client community sessions.Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively communicate across internal teams and external partners to manage Valence speaking engagements.Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor event performance, compile data, and generate reports to measure success and propose improvements.Marketing Asset Management: Coordinate the creation and maintenance of marketing assets, ensuring that they align with brand guidelines and are easily accessible for all Valence team members.Website Management: Update and manage website content to ensure it's current, accurate, and engaging.Inbox Management: Oversee all Valence marketing email addresses, ensuring timely and professional communication. \nLocation and Work Environment If candidates are based in NYC will work 3 days a week in our office in New York, otherwise this role can be remote.
