ABOUT THE ROLE: As Regal.ai's first GTM Associate (BDR), you'll have a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO and CTO to engage and sell the most important enterprise prospects. You will start with intensive training in the BDR org and the marketing org to understand our current GTM motion and tools. From there, you will help define and build our enterprise motion from the ground up. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with our CEO and CTO to create a high-touch playbook for engaging enterprise prospects and experimenting with new tools and techniques. This is an ideal role for growth hackers or aspiring founders who want to navigate the complexities of enterprise sales. This role will become an opportunity to move into a sales, CS, or marketing role after 1-2 years. At an early-stage startup, you either sell or build—and this role will teach you the critical skill of selling at the highest and most complex level.

\n RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the Playbook: Experiment with and refine strategies and tools for engaging enterprise accounts, helping Regal.ai establish a scalable enterprise sales motionCreative Prospecting: Use personalization, research, and innovative approaches to craft outreach that resonates with key decision-makersCollaboration with the CEO: Partner directly with the CEO (who will act as the Account Executive) to engage prospects and drive pipeline growthTinker and Iterate: Test new ideas, analyze results, and adjust tactics to continually improve outreach effectivenessRelationship Building: Develop strong rapport with enterprise prospects and uncover their unique needs and prioritiesPipeline Growth: Generate high-quality meetings with enterprise accounts, laying the foundation for Regal.ai's enterprise revenue stream ABOUT YOU: 1-3 years in a sales or marketing or client-facing roleExperience in SaaS or technology is a plus but not requiredBachelors degreeCapable of using GTM tools (eg. \n$60,000 - $60,000 a year
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition, Regal.io offers a comprehensive set of employee benefits which are listed above. Details about the compensation package will be finalized at the time of offer.
\nPOSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS: This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid vaccination policy in place.
