About the roleAs a Senior GTM Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar for analysis quality and decision-making on our Go-to-Market team. You will provide data-driven insights that help shape GTM strategy across Sales and Marketing and Customer Success. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve our performance across the funnel and build reporting to ensure visibility into the top-of-line strategic initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesProvide data-driven insights that help shape GTM strategy across Sales and MarketingAnalyze and understand data on our leads, prospects, and customers to help us make data-informed decisions for product developmentOversee the development of analytical models and reporting tools that offer transparency on GTM performance, on strategic initiatives, and other aspects of our customer-facing motionsServe as a thought partner to various marketing teams, including SEO, Growth Marketing, and Partnerships, in planning high-impact marketing playsMust-have Qualifications5+ years of experience in a highly analytic role, with at least 3 years aligned with marketing or sales functionsProficiency in SQL, Python or RA demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skillsDemonstrated ability to establish highly collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams across the GTM organizationExperience with data visualization.
