As our Guest Care Coordinator (Temp), you will be a key member of the team helping us attract, maintain, and recover guests while building awareness for our brand. Respond to guests on Social Media platforms including direct messages and public posts. Become an expert in and apply brand voice when responding to guests across all channels. Investigate and discern guest issues utilizing multiple backend systems. Identify and recommend process improvements; we want our guests to have a great experience in every point of contact and are looking for the best, most efficient ways, to handle guest feedback. Identify consumer trends and report findings to provide solutions and resolve issues. Inform the Communications team to ensure anything needing to be linked between marketing, operations, training, restaurants, and supply chain is streamlined appropriately. Engage and respond to online reviews through multiple platforms. Route necessary comments to operations team and resolve all others with guest as needed. Provide cross-departmental support as needed (data pulls, reporting support, menu audits, etc.). Request may vary based on prior work experiences and knowledge What You Bring to the Team You don't get ruffled – We move at a fast speed. You take it all in stride and keep the rest of us grounded.
