Guest Experience Coordinator

Summary The Guest Experience Coordinator will serve as our first impression officer. He or she will be the custodian of Advance Financial's service culture and will demonstrate a Friends Helping Friends posture at every interaction. The Coordinator will control the guest experience from beginning to end. Direct guest and employee-facing activities will give the Coordinator critical opportunities to personally deliver exceptional service and serve as a role model to all in attitude and performance. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Customer and Employee Experience but will have significant interaction and coordination with the Office Manager.

What You'll Do Display a cheerful and positive attitude at all times Provide consistent, exceptional, and intentional service Treat all employees and guests with dignity and respect Abide by our company's mission and beliefs Maintain, monitor, and maximize calendars for all office meeting rooms 'Beat the Greet' and personally open the door for guests Display a caring attitude toward guests by engaging in conversation Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For To perform this job successfully, an individual must understand the importance of a guest's first impression. He or she must possess the energy and enthusiasm required to consistently promote the Company's Friends Helping Friends service vision to all. He or she must work independently, manage multiple projects and possess the ability to be composed in all situations. Additionally, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma required, college degree preferred Minimum 2 years work experience in related customer service oriented environment Language Skills English and/or Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Competencies Required Excellent verbal and written communications skills Planning, organization, and attention to detail; priority management Excellent internal and external customer service skills Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Mastery of Google Suite, including Gmail, calendars and Google Drive Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required at this time Benefits Working at Advance Financial is more than just another job. Physical Demands This is a fast-on-your-feet position requiring routine physical activity. The coordinator will 'beat the greet' and personally open the door and transfer guests to their destination.
