The La Quinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Mount Laurel/Moorestown, a part of Lahn Hospitality and Amusement Group, is seeking a Guest Service Agent for its new dual branded hotel.

The LaQuinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay property will be a select service hotel complete with 125 rooms, an indoor swimming pool, exercise gym, a meeting space, and limited food service including breakfast buffet. We are looking for a customer service professional to join our new Dual Branded LaQuinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay Mount Laurel/Moorestown!
As a key member of the team, the Guest Service Agent has influence and accountability for the day to day guest experience in the hotel.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisors, the Guest Service Agent will be responsible for maintaining the highest of customer service to help the property to achieve its business goals.
Job Responsibilities Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations. Communicating hotel facilities and services to guests. Providing information on the local area and points of interest. Assisting guests with arrivals and departures. Answering the front desk phone. Cash handling. Requirements A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Must be capable of handling money accurately. Reading, math, and communication skills. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Ability to work overnights. About the Organization
Lahn Hospitality Group is a growing family-owned company comprised of a variety of hospitality businesses including amusement parks, a hotel, restaurants, bars, golf courses and more.
Since 1997 The Funplex has owned and operated an amusement park company with three locations along the East Coast.
Two locations are in New Jersey with one additional small footprint park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina which opened in 2021.
The parks are a combination of family-friendly and thrill amusement rides, waterparks, bowling centers, and arcades.
In December 2021, Lahn Hospitality Group purchased The Legacy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, a country club with a prestigious golf course and membership.
The club underwent significant renovation including a new restaurant, atrium event facility, and much more.
In the fall of 2023 LHAG opened its first dual branded hotel, La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites, complete with 125 rooms and the first in the area to combine two different Wyndham brands.
