Essential Job Function: The function of a Guest Service Associate is to perform the following duties in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.
Duties and Responsibilities: Customer ServiceRunning a cash register, this includes accountability for cash, lottery tickets, cash cards, etc.Completing shift reportCleaning (windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers, etc.)Stocking shelves and coolersSweeping and mopping floorsGasoline tank inventory (stick readings)Checking product in as it is delivered from vendorsYard maintenance (sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells, etc.)Light equipment maintenance (pumps, lighting, machinery, etc.)MerchandisingOther tasks assigned by managementAbility to communicate with associates and guestsAbility to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork Position Requirements: Wear required store uniformAvailable weekend, evening shifts and holidaysMust have reliable transportationMust attend mandatory meetings (i.e. T.A.M., sexual harassment) Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbsBe able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasionReaching above shoulder height and bending below waistBe able to freely access all areas of the storeMove quickly around store Wage: $18
