**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively reach out to clients to inform them about new services, products, and promotions.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Analyze client inquiries and complaints to provide accurate solutions or escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client issues, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in gathering client feedback to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for enhancement.

- **Client Education:**
- Provide clients with information and guidance regarding our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Develop creative content for FAQs, product guides, and client communication materials to enhance the overall client experience.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Support the sales and marketing teams in building strategies to enhance client outreach and retention.
- Participate in training and development sessions to build product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: You possess a vibrant and positive attitude that resonates with clients and team members alike.
- Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for the financial services industry and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction.

- **Soft Skills:**

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
