Responsibilities
• Provide strong sales techniques and excellent guest service• Follow Suburban Inns Core Values and Marriott standards• Ensure guest satisfaction• Collect leads and prospect new business• Gather guest data and communicate hotel policies• Complete shift checklists• Maintain a clean workspace• Perform property walk-arounds and address issues• Check the pool area, stock towels, and ensure safety• Balance cash drawer and attend meetings
Requirements
• Good communication skills• High school diploma or equivalent• One year of Guest Service Representative experience preferred• General Manager school through Marriott• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
