Great customer service is an art and we are seeking artists. The goal at Tangerine Salon is to make each of our guests feel as though they are the most important person we will see all day. If you have the ability to smile, to make great small talk and have an awareness to people's needs while multi-tasking, than you may be the perfect fit for Tangerine Salon. What you will do: Attend to guests every needEducate guests on Tangerine services and Aveda productsEfficiently check guests in and outSpeak to guests on the phone with courtesy and knowledge, scheduling appointmentsPre-booking guestsUse our Point of Sale software to check guests outMaintain a balanced cash drawerMaintain a clean and organized facilityAssist in every aspect of salon daily activityWhat success looks like: Happy, satisfied and well educated customersMeeting and/or exceeding service - retail - retention goalsYou are a person your team knows they can count onYour work area is in constant pristine conditionCash drawers / Daily reports are balancedPosition Requirements: Full or Part time availability (20-40 hours a week)Evening/weekend availabilityAbility to stand for long periods of timeKind and courteous personality If this describes you, then let's start the journey to see if Tangerine Salon is the place for your career to find it's full potential.
