Job Summary: We are looking to add an upbeat Guest Services Associate (Front Desk) to our team to handle many important aspects of our guests' experience with us. You will welcome new guests and issue room keys, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Making reservations for guests over the phone as well as ensuring our guests have had a great experience with us is key.
