Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing donors• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills• Manage day-to-day operations of the ReStore• Ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and orderly• Train and lead staff in outstanding service to customers, donors, and volunteers• Ensure compliance with safety standards• Open and close cash registers and maintain accurate accounting records• Drive ReStore box truck and pick up donations, if able• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant and ethical leadership experience• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of demographics• Accuracy, detail-oriented, and organized• Prior non-profit experience preferred• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Successful background check and drug screen testing• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks• Associate degree preferred
