Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour.Responsibilities•Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial buildings•Install and repair drywall, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, and other components in structures•Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, and provide cost-effective solutions•Inspects building systems to ensure safe and compliant operation•Provide responsive customer service and address complaints in a timely mannerQualifications•1+ Year(s) of maintenance experience•Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues•Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations•Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively•US work authorization
