This Position: Our client, a publicly-traded semiconductor company, is seeking a commercial transactions attorney to support coverage for an upcoming family leave. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating license agreements, professional services agreements, and procurement contracts. The ideal candidate will be personable, engaging, and customer-focused, as they'll work closely with procurement clients. The environment can be relatively fast-paced, so this attorney should be responsive, acknowledge receipt of client correspondence, and keep projects moving forward.
The anticipated start date is 1/27, running through mid-July. The client prefers someone who can go onsite at their San Jose, CA location Monday - Thursday. This role is full time, 40 hours/week.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $107 and $115. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
