Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Hardware Design Verification Engineer to join their team.
As a Hardware Design Verification Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the development of next-generation AI chips.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Hardware Design Verification Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Redmond, WA) - 2-3 days onsite per week or open to 100% remote for the right fit
Pay Range: $76/HR for 100% remote
What's the Job?
Define verification strategy, requirements, and test environments for IP level verification.
Create test plans and write tests to ensure comprehensive feature coverage.
Own verification for complex IPs, including developing UVM components and environments from scratch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and improve processes.
Lead small teams of verification engineers and mentor junior engineers.
What's Needed?
Minimum 7 years of experience in ASIC Design Verification.
Proven experience with unit level verification and UVM library methodology.
Very strong UVM expertise needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
