Responsibilities:
• Provides skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursingcare plan.
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medicationand vital signs.
• Administer Physician-prescribed medication to patients.
• Provide education to clients and their family on proper homehealth care procedures and strategies.
• Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists,Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the client's care plan
• Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality oflife for the client.
