Job Title: HCM Integration ArchitectJob Summary:The HCM Integration Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrated solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role requires expertise in integrating various modules within an HCM system to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:Design and develop integration solutions for HCM systems, including Payroll, Employee Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Attendance modulesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopeConfigure and customize HCM applications to meet specific business needsTest and deploy integration solutions in a production environmentProvide training and support to end-users on new HCM system featuresStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HCM integrationQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in HCM system integrationProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or RubyStrong understanding of API integration and data mappingExperience working with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactorsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsJob Type:Full Time
