This role is designed for aspiring chefs who are eager to learn, grow, and eventually lead their own culinary team.
Under the guidance of our seasoned chefs, you will embark on a journey of culinary discovery, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of kitchen and restaurant operations while developing the leadership skills needed to inspire and train others.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking alongside experienced chefs, gaining exposure to all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.Lead by example by using Earls' development and training programs to mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.Attend P&L meetings and communicate results and any solutions to the Regional team; showing ownership of the profitability of the store.Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.Write and adjust as needed, a competitive annual budget for flawless restaurant operations.Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.Write a competitive annual budget for flawless restaurant operationsEmbrace challenges as opportunities for growth, owning your development with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
