As a member of the Fullsteam Wellness Group leadership team, the Head/Director of Sales will lead sales growth operations across multiple business units selling vertical SaaS solutions to SMB and mid-market Wellness and salon customers. Together, we help our customer grow faster and become more efficient through our suite of vertical software solutions.
The ideal candidate for this position is a both strategic thinker and tactical leader who has experience building sales teams, processes, and operations, to deliver marketing-leading revenue growth.
The Head/Director of Sales will hit or exceed short/mid-term revenue goals and help contribute to building and executing a successful, long-term growth strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role will lead the Sales organizations across multiple business units at Fullsteam within the Wellness Group of companies.
You will build and lead an inbound/outbound Sales organization across multiple business units and product lines, selling vertical B2B SaaS and payments solutions to Wellness and salon SMBs and mid-market customers.
This is a true building role; you will help design the sales strategy and resourcing plans.
This position will be directly accountable for managing Sales team performance to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Consistently monitor and analyze sales performance, provide timely and constructive feedback, and drive improvement in the execution of sales methodologies and outcomes.
Identify and develop new sales approaches to penetrate target customer market.
Be a hands-on manager by monitoring outbound activity and conducting pipeline reviews.
You will build and establish our foundational sales technology stack and tools to manage and operationalize our sales processes and playbooks.
You will be responsible for contributing to regular budget and sales forecasting processes.
Primary Qualifications:
Experience in Vertical B2B SaaS is a key requirement.
Directly led market-leading revenue growth for $50mm to $100mm P&Ls.
Strong business acumen, a demonstrated track record of managing sales teams to hit or exceed revenue goals, and mastery at managing KPIs and remote sales operations.
Experience working with product and marketing teams to take new products to market.
Proven success in building, developing, and leading high performing teams.
A track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets.
Experience successfully managing and developing distributed teams.
Experienced power-user of CRM and sales enablement and sales engagement platforms.
Obsession with leveraging data to inform strategy, optimize tactics, and drive results.
Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization face-to-face and remotely.
Accurately forecast pipeline and participate in planning and presentation sessions.
Preferred skills/experience :
10+ years of experience in B2B software sales to SMB and mid-market customers.
Wellness and Salon industry sales experience is a plus.
Strong experience building and managing world-class sales teams.
Proven track record of predictably meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.
Proven ability to manage prospecting efforts, sales process, pipeline, and contracts.
Diligent work ethic: must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative.
Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and territories.
Strong written, phone, and in-person communicator.
Knowledge of SaaS solutions and the buyer-centric sales approach.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Detailed, organized and results-oriented, with ability to effectively prioritize.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Travel as required by business needs.

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
